Agreement between the Casino and the Player
The Terms and Conditions below form the Agreement between the players and the Casino.
It is essential that players read and understand the terms and conditions below.
1.0 Statement by the Player. The Player declares and fully commits to the following:
1.1 Majority. Player is an adult in the jurisdiction in which Player is resident or temporary resident. Player is less than 18 years old.
1.2 Legal Use. By using the Casino, Player breaks no laws in his/her Jurisdiction.
1.3 Acceptance of Activity. Player sees the Games, the Casino or the Casino website neither offensive, objectionable, unfair nor indecent.
1.4 Accurate information. All information provided by the Player during the registration and account management process is accurate and complete.

1.13 Optional Correspondence. Player acknolwedges that he/she can choose to receive occasional e-mail from the Casino for promotions or market research. However, understanding that these email correspondence are and can be terminated by the Player through an opt-out request.
1.14 Acceptance of the Terms. Player fully understands the terms, rules, procedures and conditions related to the use of Myjackpotcasino Player agrees that he/she will not transfer any sums of money, open, use a Casino account or accept a reward or payment if he / she doesn't fully understand with or agree with the Terms & Conditions outlined.
2.0 Participation in a Gambling Game
2.1 Right of Refusal. The Casino management reserves the right to refuse any person's access to the Casino games and is not required to provide a reason.
2.2 Payment forfeit. If an authorized payment by a player doesn't come through, all game transactions of the player will be cancelled, and outstanding winnings and account credits will be forfeited.

3.0 Adaptation, suspension or cancellation of the Games.
The Casino management reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend a game, without giving any reason or notice.
4.0 Internet Service Provider.
The Casino will in no way be held liable for acts or omissions of the Internet Service Provider that is used by the Player to access the Casino. The Casino will not be part of a dispute between the player and a Service Provider, nor shall any such dispute have any effect on the obligations of the Player as described in this Agreement.
5.0 Disputes.
5.1 Notification. A Player with a dispute or claim will notify the Casino management through an e-mail to the Player Helpdesk within 14 days after the date of the cause of the dispute.
5.2 Invalid account data. We reserve the right to declare incomplete and / or incorrect data from a player to be invalid. If this data is related to the participation of a player in a game, this participation will be cancelled and any bet placed will be repaid.
5.3 Discrepant Data. The Casino records each transaction and bet carried out on the game servers. In case of any discrepancy between the data that a Player claims to recall with regards to gaming activity and the data as recorded in the casino database, the information from the Casino database is decisive.
5.4 Decisions. In the event of a dispute about a Player's alleged entitlement to receive any winnings, the decision of the Casino management is final and binding in all respects.
6.0 Discontinuing.
The player may at any time terminate this Agreement by sending the Casino management a written notification. The termination of the Agreement can take place provided that the Player owes no money to the Casino. After receiving the notice, the players account will be closed and the terms of this Agreement will remain in force for 180 days. The Casino management may at any time in its sole discretion terminate this Agreement and deny access to the player. This can be done without giving any specific reasons and especially in the case of transactions that may be prejudicial to the Casino or other players, including but not limited to: fraud, abuse of promotions or privileges; abuse of the MyJackpot Casino website, software or -- services, or unsubstantiated claims.
7.0 Conditions Regarding Player accounts
7.1 In this section you'll find the rules and conditions governing the use and management of Casino accounts.
7.2 1 One account per player. Only one active playeraccount is permitted per player. The Casino management reserves the right to cancel additional accounts opened by an individual player. Any profits and / or promotions collected on additional accounts will be automatically forfeited.
7.3 Secrecy Password. Players are responsible for their password. Players are responsible for all activity (with or without authorization) with respect to their account and are fully responsible for all purchases made through this account.
7.4 Non-Active Accounts. Players accounts that remain inactive for a period longer than 1 year, will be closed. Any funds in these accounts will be forfeited.
7.5 Closing player's account. Players can close their account on any given time by contacting the Casino management.
8.0 Account- and payment control.
MyJackpotCasino further reserves the right to require users to provide proper information by e-mail such as identification documents (Copies of Credit Cards, Bank Statements and Passports) if it is deemed necessary, prior to processing a payment request. All the requested documents should be translated to English prior to submission.
9.0 Taxes
MyJackpotCasino will not disclose details of users winnings or losses. The MyJackpotCasino users are responsible to report their account details (e.g. winnings and losses) to the appropriate authorities according to the applicable laws and regulations.
Acceptance.
This Agreement shall be regarded as accepted and signed when the player is officially registered with the Casino by opening a new account and / or a has created a real money account and placed wagers at the available Casino Games.
